Menopause Tea Circle
Our Virtual Menopause Tea Circle is a heart-centered gathering designed to create a space for reflection, connection, and gentle presence while discussing this stage of life.
Participants are invited to sip a warm beverage, journal, engage with thought-provoking prompts or just listen. There is no pressure to speak; your mere presence is respected and appreciated.
Our Virtual Menopause Tea Circle embodies Wind Chime Yoga’s core values of compassion, calm, and community. We will discuss perimenopause, menopause, and post-menopause experiences while incorporating relevant research and sources on Thursdays.
-
At Wind Chime Yoga, our tea circles are inspired by the quiet beauty of ancient traditions — a space to breathe deeply, connect intentionally, and honor the sacred in the everyday.
Rooted in the stillness of Japanese tea ceremony, the heartfulness of Indigenous gathering, and the warmth of communal sharing, our virtual tea circles blend the old with the now.
Here, tea is more than a drink.
- It’s a ritual.
- A reason to pause.
- A soft-landing place.
-
We slow down to let go of what no longer serves us and to listen to what calls to us.
Together, we will share a gentle gathering of breath, reflection, and quiet connection.
-
Warm, welcoming community
Grounding breathwork
Gentle reflection prompts
Space to share (or simply listen)
-
Your favorite tea or warm drink
A journal or notebook
Your full presence in a quiet, cozy space.

There’s no pressure to 'keep up.' You are encouraged to listen to your body and rest any time. Modifications are always offered.

We recommend that you not eat a meal two hours before class. Hydrating with water will help to fuel your body for your upcoming practice. Also, we strongly encourage you to bring water to every class.
