  • Not at all. All levels are welcome. My classes are designed to be gentle, accessible, and supportive for beginners and seasoned practitioners alike.

  • A yoga mat in a comfortable space, any props you like (such as a blanket or blocks), and a quiet area to move and breathe.

  • Yes! All classes are offered live via Zoom, so you can practice from the comfort of your home.

  • There’s no pressure to 'keep up.' You are encouraged to listen to your body and rest any time. Modifications are always offered.

  • We recommend that you not eat a meal two hours before class. Hydrating with water will help to fuel your body for your upcoming practice. Also, we strongly encourage you to bring water to every class.
