“Congratulations Angelica on your first Tea Circle of Wind Chime Yoga! Your voice is so soothing and always re-centers me. You reinforced the importance of breathing and living in the moment which I often forget to do with the “busy-ness” of the day. You are so gifted and I am looking forward to attending future sessions. I can’t attend yoga this week, but will definitely catch you next month! Thank you again!"

This was my first yoga class but definitely won't be my last! I was a bit nervous because I had physical limitations. However, from the start of the class the instructor let it be known that this is a safe space and everyone should modify the exercises as needed. Not only did she state this in the beginning, throughout the class she gave examples of modifications based on skill level while also encouraging the class goers to take breaks as needed. The class was not just focused on doing different poses, but UNDERSTANDING the benefits of each pose. My favorite part was the poetry reading at the end. It helped ground me while simultaneously allowing me to remain in a continued relaxing state although class was ending. I came to class tense and stressed yet I left feeling relaxed and calm.

"Just finished a virtual yoga session with Wind Chime Yoga and it was amazing. I didn’t realize how much my body needed to relax until halfway through it. Definitely will do it again."
